This issue tracks the investigation and possible creation of a test harness for OCW to test the correctness of the OT algorithm and server.

From a discussion on google groups:

Essentially having a testing harness which would just pass 'events' from "virtual clients" and a "virtual server".

The harness could likely be used to test code changes for regressions.
