We should use this service to get avatar images. They should be downloaded and cached by the API for a while and served directly from it, instead of letting the users connect to the avatar server, for privacy reasons.

We should then display a hint in the profile that, one can change the avatar at libravatar.org, or gravatar.com, or at one's email provider's libravatar instance, if one exists.
