Rolling update up to Angular 19

It is necessary to schedule a general update of the source, since Angular 14 is obsolete and will soon no longer be supported, I suggest that we make a schedule of successive steps to achieve that goal, until bringing the source up to Angular 19.

I agree, @NeftaliYagua. The challenge we are currently facing is that @angular/flex-layout is deprecated, and we need to address this first. Otherwise, it will continue to be a blocker.

I will try to fix the errors in the current code so that when we update we can take advantage of Angular's features for automatic corrections of obsolete code. For now, if possible, I will try to give priority to preparing the test files. It is essential for me to have this patch applied so that I can work on the next patch, related to Data Interfaces and the correction of data types and objects that are not clearly defined.

I intend to fix as much of this source as I can in order to prepare the installation package for linux distributions, rpm and deb, for fedora, centos, ubuntu and debian, but the minimum quality standards for being distributed in the repositories require that these small details be resolved. There are a number of important steps that need to be done, and I try to move as quickly as I can, but I will need a counterpart on that side to support me in reviewing and approving changes.
