no specific review question for hardware in any of the 2 journals.
PCI interested, would need to come back, might be a good strategy: doiforhardware + preprint (+PCI)
advantage = thematic specialisation of PCI

also look at https://www.mdpi.com/journal/Hardware

Note: no specific notes of review found, we will now look at paper templates
