Dependent on #101

Issue To Be Solved

Following Testnet migration, the bridge contracts will need to be deployed to the network. With #101, the standup script - main.go - can be leveraged to deploy and configure the bridge, including coverage for the TokenHandler needed to support wrapped FiatToken (see onflow/bridged-usdc#2)
