Issue to be solved

Recently Cadence Test Framework support was added to the Cadence VSCode extension. It would be a good idea to call out this for visibility within the testing guide. Using a familiar interface like VSCode to test smart contracts makes adoption simpler for new developers and integrates well with the developers workflow (i.e. ability to see test information and control tests interactively within their editor)
