Highcharts version 2.3.2 is now out, and they anticipate version 3 in Q3 or Q4 of 2012. Are there plans to update this project for compatibility with the new Highcharts versions? I hope? :-)

thnks for that usefull tool, and...
same question, do you have any plans to update this project for working with HC 2.3.3 or 3?
it works fine just with HC 2.1.2 For later versions HC needs better emulation of html conteiner (with properties like height, width etc), as I suppose.

I think it's safe to conclude this project is dead. I emailed one2team directly with this question and never heard a response there either.

This forum thread has a lot of discussion about highcharts export:
http://highslide.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=6971&p=82682&hilit=server+side+export#p82682

The important takeaways are

  1. highcharts plans to work after 3.0 on a standalone serverside export tool using PhantomJS
  2. nobody that I've seen has been able to make env-rhino.js play nice with versions of highcharts newer than 2.1.2

We ended up rolling our own Rhino/env.js solution with highcharts 2.1.2.
