USB3.0 boot on m710q fails #1539

I have attempted to install 151052 on my Lenovo Thinkcentre m710q via USB3 drive. I have dd'd the dd image on my USB3 drive and attached to one of the front (and then on the back) blue USB ports and booted selecting the USB drive as a bootdisk in the boot device selector.
The OmniOS bootloader greated me, however picking Multiuseboot always resulted in a failed boot.
If I use a USB-2 hub in between the computer and my USB3 drive it boots sucessfully, therefore I suspect an issue with the xhci driver.
Please look into it.
