PA in material settings not working

First off, great plugin :)

I have installed the plugin and the Material Settings plugin and set PA to be visible in the material settings.

If I set PA in a profile, it saves OK in that profile. However, if I change the material that has a different PA setting assigned, it doesn't change the PA setting in the profile list or ask to keep/delete changes.
