[Feature Request] Show and download Update

If a new Update is available, please let us download like the "old" update method.

Note that for Windows, scoop does a great job at updating ueli: scoop install extras/ueli

@Dtrieb I assume you installed Ueli from one of the installers from the GitHub release, is that right? Is there a reason why you prefer to install it from there instead of the Windows store which would offer automatic updates?

@oliverschwendener I didn't like installing apps from Windows Store because I want all the files in the program folder. And I use a sync program for my personal settings of a few programs p.e. Ueli.
