Default FLO insight server returning FLO

The insight-explorer client seems to be working great on many different coins, but when I use with the default FLO insight server at https://livenet.flocha.in/api , that server returns the balance in FLO, not in Satoshis; the server should be returning Satoshis (1 / 100,000,000th of FLO)
For example, this url returns FLO, not Satoshis which is non-standard:
https://livenet.flocha.in/api/addr/FMg9M7GPuUAGKvhWmgWjoqYtMqmckD4tRF/balance

This is not a problem with this client but with that server, just not sure where to post to update that server.

Looks like the other FLO insight server does the same in returning FLO in the balance, not satoshi units:
