Add persistent storage and logging options in Docker #19

Currently, all the caches and logs (if any) are inflating the container and not being persistent. We need to introduce volumes for persistence. I am not sure where things are internally stored, so I cannot do it myself.

It looks like /app/cache is where all the data is inflating, so I am adding that as a volume in our deployment.
