將"收集"改成"蒐集" #3

"蒐集"和"收集"皆有「聚集」的意思，但"蒐集"還有「搜求、尋找」，所以我覺得在提到"收集資料"時，"蒐集"會更為合適。

再麻煩 Pellaeon 將所有的"收集"改成"蒐集"，謝謝！
