<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">2006 年一月 FSF (Free Software Foundation，自由軟體基金會) 發佈 GPL 第三版 (GPL3) 的草案，經過半年多的討論，七月底發佈了草案的第二版。修改重點包括文字描述簡單化、內容國際化、強化 GPL3 對於未來技術的適應性以及協調與其他授權條款的相容性等等。草案第二版看上去雖然有不少的修改，不過基本上仍然遵循相同的原則，大部份的修改只是針對前一版的內容再加以清晰化與具體化。</td>

<p>Zope 預設都是執行在 port:8080 ，因此在瀏覽 Zope 網站時，都必須指定如 https://www.pwchi.info:8080/ 這樣的網址。</p>
<p>如果想在原有的 Apache Web Server 基礎上，能夠不需另外指定 port，就能讓使用者直接透過 https://www.pwchi.info/zope 瀏覽 Zope 網站，而不是用原本 https://www.pwchi.info:8080/ 這樣的怪異網址。那麼就需要使用 Zope 的 Virtual Host Monster 物件，搭配 Apache 的 Rewrite 和 Proxy 模組來完成。</p>

<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">ICOS 的宗旨在於提供一個國際交流的機會，讓開放源碼運動更加茁壯。延續ICOS去年「下一步：開放源碼」的主題，今年的主題為「開放源碼：與你我對話」，希望結合產、官、學、研的力量，齊聚探討自由軟體的研發運用與願景，並讓國內的開放源碼運動與國際社會接軌，增加彼此交流。台灣自由軟體/ 開放源碼盛會「2006 年開放源碼研討會」，將於 2006 年 9 月 1 日至 3 日於新竹國家高速網路與計算中心舉辦，這是自由軟體社群在國內聚會交流的第八年，代表著國內自由軟體社群新趨勢與改變的時刻。今年與社團法人青草湖社區大學發展協會、中央研究院資訊科學研究所自由軟體鑄造場共同主辦，希望擴大民眾參與，深入淺出的介紹自由軟體之內容及應用，讓一般基層了解自由軟體的功能，將其應用在生活中。今年的研討會還有個特殊使命，希望能提供一個交流平台，讓軟體工作者與軟體需求或教學者互相交流，進一步媒合彼此的需求。</td>
