<p>Lession 1 : 我該如何存取一個設定檔？</p>
<p>在我們撰寫一些系統的時候，往往需要設定一些基本的屬性，在使用 Java 進行 Web 開發之中，可以將相關設定放在 JNDI Server 再透 過 context lookup 重量級的方式來取得相關的屬性。不過，有時候 簡單的環境，不必耗時耗力去搞清楚如何去使用 Java naming 的技 術，往往不過是要讀取一些設定檔罷了，所以我們這時候可以利用 Jakarta commons-configuration 的小工具， 來讓我們簡化這方面 的工作。</p>

<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">法國 Linux 散佈套件商 Mandriva 宣佈 Mandriva One 2006 正式 iso 映像檔已經正式公開於 FTP。此版本的 live 與安裝 CD 採用的是 2.6.12 版核心，以 KDE 作為預設桌面環境，附加許多額外的應用軟體。此外，Mandriva 也公開了軟體安裝服務稱為 Mandriva Kiosk，要讓新手也能輕鬆在 Linux 上安裝開放源碼軟體。</td>

<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">與著作權相比較下，專利是一個取得不易、卻威力強大的智慧財產權 保護制度。自由/開放源碼的授權模式因為肇始於著作權，所以授權 條款中關於專利的規定甚少，例如 GPL 第一版完全沒有專利相關的 條款，而在第二版的 GPL 中雖然有關於專利的內容，不過並不是專 利授權，而是規定若專利保護制度阻礙 GPL 程式散布的時候，被授 權人應該採取的態度與建議措施。</td>
