<p class="MsoNormal">國內著名的 Blogger，目前投注於台灣創用 CC 發展的 Jedi，接下來半年將固定在每月中旬的電子報中與讀者見面，Jedi 的專欄也正式命名為「開放原力」。原來每期刊出的「法律源地」則改為固定在每月初發刊的電子報發表。<br /><br />Jedi 解釋，這是因為在電影《星際大戰》的世界中，有一種能量充斥於古今宇宙之中，蘊含於萬物生靈之內，乃是絕地武士們信仰的中心及力量的根源，稱做「原力」；透過原力，絕地武士能清楚掌握萬物間的關係及道理。另一方面，在電腦程式的世界中，透過開放源碼，程式設計師們也同樣能掌握程式元件間的關聯，因而獲得力量。這個專欄是星際大戰迷 Jedi 對於數位世界的體認及感觸，故以「開放源碼」及「原力」之名，合稱「開放原力」。<br /><br />從上一期開始，電子報首次進行讀者問卷調查，感謝已經回函的讀者，尚未填寫的訂戶，提醒您只要花個五分鐘撰寫，就可以改善您正在閱讀的電子報內容，還可以獲得小贈品，何樂而不為呢？電子報問卷將開放至五月底止，敬請踴躍填寫 :)。<br /><br /></p>

<p>經過一年多的營運，自由軟體軟體鑄造場 (OSSF) 的姊妹計畫－台灣的「創用 CC」現在也有電子報了！</p>
<p>創用 CC，是 Creative Commons 的中文名稱，希望透過「保留部分權利」的彈性授權，讓創作得以更加流通。創刊號已經在五月五日發行，內容包括〈CC 熱線〉提供創用 CC 最新消息、〈CC 報新聞〉提供與創用 CC 相關國內外要聞、〈CC 放大鏡〉則是關於創用 CC 的專題報導，還有〈CC 雜貨店〉介紹採用創用CC授權的作品和相關著作。一同與自由軟體鑄造場 (OSSF) 針對不同領域的開放授權模式進行合作推廣。</p>
