<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">又是一年過去了！當同仁跟我說要寫篇年度回顧時，我還真是想了好一會才下筆的。一年裡與自由/ 開放源碼法律政策相關的事件不少，既然是年度回顧，就應該要挑重大、影響深遠的來說，不過，如何定義「重大、影響深遠」本身就是一個問題，再加上涉獵有限，所以只能說，在這裡，就我有限的知識範圍內，列舉幾件個人認為在 2005 年重要的自由/開放源碼法政事件。而在鑄造場寫了近八個月硬梆梆的法律文章，雖然大部分是給非法律人看的短文，文筆已經盡量白話，卻仍不脫離死板的習氣，所以決定這篇風格輕鬆點，就當作是在較隨性地介紹吧！</td>
