<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 新細明體;">在去年台北宣言的基礎上，第五屆亞洲開放源碼論壇（<span>Asia Open Source Software Symposium）順利的於 3 月初在中國北京圓滿舉辦 完成，與會的十六個國家（見表一）共同針對亞洲地區的自由軟體發 展，規劃了北京宣言與發展藍圖（RoadMap），並具體討論出行動方 案，作為接下來發展亞洲各國政府與民間組織在自由軟體上協力發展 的基礎。</span></span></p>

<p>◎ 第五屆 AOSS 北京召開 中國定「開源軟件周」</p>
<p>第五屆亞洲開放源碼軟體論壇（Asia Open Source Software Sympo- sium, 後文簡稱 AOSS），於 3 月 2 日至 3 月 4 日於北京舉行。 AOSS 是由日本財團法人國際資訊化協力中心（Center of the Inter- national Cooperation for the Computerization，CICC）於 2003 年起每半年舉辦一次，分別於普吉島、新加坡、河內與台灣舉辦。 在去年九月於台北舉行的第四次 AOSS 亞洲開放源碼軟體論壇中， <a href="https://kldp.org/%7Ekss/">Shawn Kwon</a>（Korea Linux Document Project 計畫主持人）於 BOF 議程中倡議舉辦黑客程式開發營 （hackerthon）與 Debian 小型會議（Debian MiniConf），並於半 年後於北京正式與連同 AOSS 於 2 月 28 日至 3 月 1 日舉辦「 2005 亞洲 Debian 小型會議」、 3 月 2 日至 3 日舉辦「亞洲編 程節」，由新華 Linux 贊助與承辦。中國政府並將2 月 28 日到 3 月 4 日一整週稱為「第一屆中國開源軟件周」。</p>
