<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">目前處於專案進行中（Project Jurisdictions）的澳洲 Creative Commons 分支計劃，隨著昆士蘭理工大學（Queensland University of Technology）成為該計劃領導機構，已逐漸成形。該大學法律學院教授 Brian Fitzgerald，該校首席副校長 Tom Cochrane 以及 Blake Dawson Waldron 律師事務所的 Ian Oi，正在擬定 Creative Commons 授權的澳洲版本，並加以推廣。</td>

<p>三、Free 的意義不只在於免費</p>
<p>先前我們提到，自由軟體是非常適合用於教育環境的一個軟體授權的 類別，所以我們現在就來看看自由軟體為何是最適合教育的區塊。先 簡單地提一下，在我眼中的教育是一個怎樣的東西。第一、教育是為 了經驗與智慧的傳承而存在，也就是說教育是可以運用制式或非制式 化的方式，將前人所累積的智慧正確無誤的傳給下一代。第二、教育 是為了智慧的啟發、也就是當學習者得到了一些前人所留下來的智慧 時，可以運用在自己的生活周遭，進而服務他人。第三、培養正確的 道德與價值觀，這點在現在中小學的人格養成教育階段特別重要，若 作得好，其實對現在的許多社會文化的改善有長遠的正面意義。</p>
<p>或許會有朋友說「kc，你未免也太八股了吧！」但是，若是一個受過 完好教育，且本身擁有一定創造力及良好的道德觀的人，這樣的人若 是會過得比別人差，我也實在是不太相信……。</p>

<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">群英會是由一群台南在地的 Linux 同好 (Tainan Linux User GROUP - TnLUG)所發起的年度活動，今年與台南社區大學合辦將於 12 月 11 號在台南市公園路延平國中內盛大舉行。自 TnLUG 成立以來，除定期於每月舉辦一次的 OpenSource 技術研討會之外，也於每年舉辦一次群英會。在群英會的活動中，我們邀請全國各地 OpenSoucre 的愛好者，甚至是某項技術的鬼才，來與我們分享他的知識，在短短的一天之中，所含蓋的議題非常廣大，從觀念到技術，從入門到進階，還有一些學術機構正在進 行的相關研究及國內外廠商在 OpenSource 方面的發展應用。能夠一次擁抱這麼多的知識，只有「 2004 年 TnLUG 群英會 」。
