<td style="font-size: 12px; color: #444444; line-height: 200%;">為了產生一個符合台灣著作權法與相關法律規定的 Creative Commons License，經過前期的籌備階段，iCommons Taiwan 計畫 （以下簡稱 tw-iCommons 計畫）將在 5 月 19 日正式展開線上討論。iCommons 計畫目前已有 16 個國家/地區的加入，日本並於今年 3 月成為第一個完成日本 cclicense 的國家，其他各國的討論也都陸續展開。中研院資訊所已邀請國內關心此一議題的法學者與律師的加入，於 5 月 19 日將正式開始台灣版 cclicense 為期一個月的線上公開討論，希望能產生一個符合台灣著作權法與相關法律規定的版本。Creative Commons 雖然才剛在國內起步，但已經引起國內相關學界的重視，並應用於研究成果的釋出。 5 月 19 號本計畫將於中研院民族所台灣原住民數位典藏計畫的「人類學知識的數位典藏與加值應用」研討會中介紹 Creative Commons 的授權模式，並希望能藉此場合宣告公開討論的正式上線。該研討會的召集人中研院民族所潘英海副研究員為使此次研討會的內容能提供更廣大的社會教育之用，特別請台北縣網路社區大學的錄製團隊將研討會的發表製作成線上課程以及 VCD 光碟，以 Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 的授權方式釋出，以利社會教育與推廣，此項作法已經或得各位主持人與發表者的支持，也使得 tw-iCommons 在 5 月 19 號的正式開跑更具意義！相關網址： https://www.openfoundry.org/icommons/archives/000030.html</td>
