<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 新細明體;">整合<span> Mozilla 開放源碼發展的組織 Mozilla.org，日前宣佈成立新基金會，該基金會將繼續推廣 Mozilla 標準化 Web 應用軟體與核心技術的發展、散佈和普及化。未來 Mozilla 基金會將接續並擴展 Mozilla.org 的任務。Mozilla 的網站上寫道，對 Mozilla 瀏覽器與其他產品和技術而言，這意味著更多來自開放源碼開發者的創新，以及對於終端使用者的更多關切。</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family: 新細明體;">UserLand 創辦人兼執行長 David Winer，日前將 Really Simple Syndication（RSS）的著作權，移交給哈佛法學院的 Berkman Center，該中心將從 UserLand 手中，取得 RSS 2.0 的規格所有權。為了幫助學生和教職員撰寫 blog，哈佛大學更聘用了 Winer，教導學生和教職員這項 Web 書寫的藝術。</span></p>
