V2 dashboard enhancements

1. Export Data Inconsistency: When exporting data, not all data is displayed, and not all columns appear in the nodes table.
   2. Pagination Button Display Issue: The active pagination button does not display correctly when dealing with large numbers.
   3. Chart Visibility and Hover Effect: The total eligible chart is currently hidden. Additionally, the hover effect is not showing the expected color change.
   4. Splash Screen Loading: The splash screen for initial app loading should ensure that the data loading process is fully completed, including a card skeleton loading animation.

I would love to see a graph that shows the number of nodes over time. Everyone likes a graph that goes up 📈 😅
