Two Formatting Issues #3

Hi, I love this theme. I'm having two issues:

Paragraph spacing is not preserved in Preview mode. They're shown as line breaks;
Is it normal for .pdf attachments to show toolbar around file in Preview mode? Can I disable this so only file is displayed inline?
