That's a good thing. Also for prerefl and pre_mlayer. We do not have the python code yet to do this but I'll create it translating the fortran.

Another idea that we can discuss is the possibility to include the preprocessor in a tab inside the OE. The file must be create "on the fly" but it is usually very fast. That would simplify the use of Shadow for new users, removing some preprocessors, and simplifying the Orange flow. The only "complication" is that we must know the Emin and Emax from the source, in order to match that interval. But that can wait, there are other more urgent things.
