[issue] Accurate Date Display in Ionic Asset Detail Page

User story

As a user,

I want to see the correct date value displayed on the Ionic asset detail page,

So that I have accurate information about each asset or know if the date is unknown.

Reproduce step

1. Switch to offline
2. Open Capture Cam and enter to asset detail page
3. Will open "ionic" asset detail page
4. Will see the "Date" always display "January 21, 1970"

Expectation

The asset detail page should accurately display the date related to each specific asset, or, if the date is unknown, it should indicate that the date is unavailable.
