Streaming market data through Websockets

Thank you for creating this client! The auth stuff is really valuable in getting rid of the Client Portal piece of crap.

The biggest benefit I see in connecting directly to api.ibkr.com is streaming market data without the downtime caused by the Client Portal gateway which made tools like IBeam necessary.

Would be awesome to implement some of these Websockets endpoints, e.g. to get market data.
