Transferring from #198. @ishanbhagawati reported an installation error when running python setup.py install
yielding an error of error: botocore 1.13.32 is installed but botocore==1.12.45 is required by {'awscli'}
uninstalling botocore and running the install command again bypass this error but again complains on the s3transfer package.
