Plugin version: Vault 0.4.3
Vault setting

Environment:
Redmine version 4.2.1.stable
Ruby version 2.7.1-p83 (2020-03-31) [x86_64-linux-gnu]
Rails version 5.2.5
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2

After run command rake redmine:plugins:vault:convert I get error:

rake aborted!
ArgumentError: key must be 16 bytes
