Fixed size animated text box?

If you load the page on a mobile device, the animated text at the top changes height quite significantly between languages. This causes the rest of the page to jump up and down spastically, and makes the rest of the text unreadable. Could I suggest making the animated text at the top a fixed size box so that when it just says “hi” it takes up the same vertical space as when it says something longer?
