Requesting new language to add : Bangla

Hello maintainers of this awesome project

Bangla / Bengali is the 7th in the ranking of languages in order of speakers. It pains me to not be able to send my peers this awesome website due to lack of language suppport.

I've tried to add it in transifex, but it says you haven't accepted it for contribution. I would like to help in this matter. Please let me know the procedure to move forward.
