Slash command pallet

The slash command pallet will be a pop-up that on char / being entered, a list of available commands shows up.

On clicking the pallet, the slash command markdown is added to the text field, with another pop-up list that shows the available model items that can be used. on selecting a model from the pop-up, it adds the items id to the markdown text.
