Add a ticket action menu to the ticket description header.

Details

Add a context menu that displays when clicking on the icon that has the following actions for a ticket:

  • Edit
  • Delete

The menu in the future can be explaned.

The menu will be created as a component that is re-usable.

  • Has icons for the menu items
  • changes colours based off of themes
  • Remove edit button from ticket description area.
