Sub Tickets would be used to break down work into smaller chunks.

Details

Sub tickets time spent shown on parent
sub tickets time estimate shown on parent
sub tickets percent complete shown on parent
UI will show sub tickets the same way it shows Related Tickets

Requirements

Tickets to have only one parent
