bug: home-manager switch kills Emacs

Issue description

Each time I execute home-manager switch, my Emacs session is killed. I was using Fedora before and this never happened. I switched to Debian stable yesterday

My systemd's version is 252.33-1~deb12u1. I'm using nix flakes to generate my home-manager configuration.
