bug: home-manager switch does not override font file symlink by default

Issue description

I configured some font settings.
The path /home/<me>/.config/fontconfig/conf.d/10-hm-fonts.conf leads to a symlink.
Yet, home-manager asks me to remove the file manually before switching. This seems unnecessary.
