[FEATURE REQUEST] Scope plate list

When generating lumos plate visualisations, I usually use the scope --run. However, sometimes, I don't have a whole run to process but rather 10-15 plates.

Would be great to be able to input a plate list in format ['plate 1', 'plate 2', 'plate 3'] in the --scope plate in order to process multiple plates that are in a folder.
