Hi there. It looks like "ggiraph" was defuncted about three weeks ago and needs to be switched over to a different function. I am looking to see if there are easy workaround from the user end but so far nothing is popping up. I don't use Shiny much though, maybe there are ways to get the graph to display within RStudio (or not at all) that can avoid calling ggiraph? Just trying some initial processing steps for microhaplot. The goal is just to see if I can find enough microhaps from my data to have the power for a few specific analyses.

I forked this repository and made some minor changes to the code to accommodate the changes in function names in the ggiraph R package. I submitted a pull request to incorporate the changes into the code (#27).
