GMX automatically adds trackers with the format of
https://deref-gmx.net/mail/client/[11 digit alpha numerical identifier]/dereferrer/?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2F[URL you want to go to in URL encoded ... I left the https:// in there on purpose]
