Requirement

This requirement ensures that any data model can be templatized, even if augmented or deviated.

This requirement implies that the template solution is orthogonal to data models, and hence applicable to all existing (already published) YANG modules.

Non-Requirements

Would it be better to word this as, "work with any YANG module". When I see data model I think beyond YANG. I might even consider CLI as in scope.

@xorrkaz Maybe "data model" isn't best, but I'm unsure if "YANG module" is better. Perhaps, "collection of YANG modules", to accommodate augments and deviations?
