Help request getting started

Hello,

I am very interested in getting this up and running, just for personal use. However I am not familiar with working with python.
I have managed to setup conda, but when I attempt to run the same command I get the following:

And unfortunately I am unsure what I can do to rectify this, any help would be appreciated.
I have run pip install tortoise-orm as initially the error was No module named tortoise.

Please delete this was all just error on my side.
