different type of uri with VS code

vscode.workspace.uri is a Uri object however coc.workspace.uri looks like a string, we must use coc.Uri.parse(coc.workspace.uri) to get a Uri object. Why this difference?

BTW, can we have a guide about how to migrate a vscode extension to coc.nvim? about which API is correspond to original vscode API.

It may just be a historical issue, not all APIs were ported from VSCode API as the same.

Of course, it's best to have this API sheet one-by-one, but VSCode has so many APIs and has a team to build it. We and the community were porting the APIs, but it's not an easy work #3713
