Context

Currently the icon is generic cog and label is just the extension code name:

Value and/or benefit

It would help users to navigate settings if the label and icon for this extension were more tailored. For example "jhub-apps integration" label, and icon whatever folks associate with https://github.com/nebari-dev/jhub-apps ?

@aktech Do you know if jhub-apps has a logo that I could use here? Or should I use something else, like the Nebari logo?
