From Dec 18 meeting: let's add cleanup instructions from microsoft for VSCode cleanup on logins.

is this a good suggestion? https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/remote/troubleshooting#_cleaning-up-the-vs-code-server-on-the-remote - document the kill clean up command
