J'ai eu ce soucis en re-installant portal à Birlik : import error : DLL Import failed.
Apparemment, le .whl de la dernière version de pyodbc foire. Il faut utiliser la version 4.0.27 pour fixer le problème. Je fais une pr. Quelqu'un pourra tester ?
