Add support for file upload

multipart/form-data is supported, but cannot select one or many files to upload.

There does not appear to be a way to specify content for a PUT or POST by selecting the contents to come from a file. Perhaps there could be another option for specifying Data to allow choosing a file.

This is different than the multipart/form-data of the original post.
