IC number unsuitable as identifier in commands

Most doctors probably don't remember the IC numbers of their patients. It is long, hard to memorise and hard to type. This makes IC number unsuitable for identifier of patients in the commands.

Furthermore, copying from the left panel is not allowed, so one has to type out the IC in full, decreasing the usability of the application.
