Problem:
Currently, the onCanvasContextMenu feature within the library is triggered by mouse and click events. However, it fails to respond to touch events on touch-enabled devices such as iPads. This limitation inhibits users from accessing the context menu functionality via touch inputs.

Proposed Solution:
can we implement touch event handlers for the canvas element?
By incorporating touch event handling alongside the existing mouse event handling, users will be able to access the context menu seamlessly across various input methods, including both mouse and touch interactions.
