when issuing a certification, in the WHMCS process, Latin characters needs to be enforced in the certificate contact information.
otherwise you will get this email:

Thank you for purchasing a RapidSSL certificate. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue: Order number 11111111 for domain www.domain.com as the order has failed to meet the requirements of our automated verification system.

Hello Kochen,

First of all, sorry for huge delay in response.

What characters did you fill in and in which fields? Please let us know so that we could reproduce the issue.

In our practice generally the email sent to you by RapidSSL is often caused by your domain being either inaccessible or not having a live web-site on it, rather than restricted characters in certain fields.

However we will definitely try to reproduce this and consider the necessity of adding validation for allowed characters to new versions of WHMCS module. We will start collecting rules for this validation.
