Right now, if you switch virtual desktops, the window on the previous virtual desktop remains in focus and is the one that will accept mouse inputs.
You have to click on the window in the new desktop to be able to type there.
This should be fixed: switching to a new desktop needs to focus the window there.
What if there are multiple windows in the new desktop? Hmm. I'll figure something out.
