Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Description with steps to reproduce

F_tied_to_Fdim7.zip

Open the attatched score (change .zip to .mscz), notice when the Fø7 chord has a downward stem, the tie incorrectly stops at the arppegio line.

This looks especially bad with narrower bar widths.
